Cut and Strip

With almost a dozen automated cut and strip machines, we offer a wide range of options to support your production line.

Some of the services we offer:

•   - Blunt cut / Cutting to length without stripping
•   - Overall wire length as small as 0.50 inches (With stripped ends)
•   - Window Stripping
•   - Multi-layer stripping (Jacketed and shielded cables) 
•   - Laser Striping
•   - Insulation removal and solder prep (Magnet Wire)

Our cut and strip processes are produced and inspected in compliance to the latest revision of IPC J-STD-001. If your application exceeds industry standards, just let us know. We would like to review them with you and confirm we meet all of your job requirements.
